In short

WhenReset logged the entry “Day 6/ Reset,” but it does not prove that the limit has already been restored for users. I’m examining why such messages should be treated as a signal, not as a promise of access.

The “Day 6/ Reset” entry appeared on WhenReset on October 10. But by itself, it does not confirm that the Codex limit has been restored for a specific user. If you are waiting for access to return, relying on it alone is risky.

WhenReset includes the message text and a link to the official post. The wording is brief, so it is unclear what exact reset it refers to and whom it affects.

The limitations here are significant: the API does not report the reset delivery time, and the entry may describe a future plan. A forecast is not the same as a completed reset, and WhenReset separately warns that a user’s account may not have received a limit restoration.

Do you check Codex access based on such messages, or do you wait until the limit is actually updated in the account?
